My Story

There are seasons in life when the strategies that once served us no longer do.

A successful career begins to feel misaligned. A leadership role asks more of us than achievement alone. A profound loss changes how we see ourselves. We arrive at a place where the question is no longer What should I do? but Who am I becoming?

Those are the moments that have shaped my own life—and the work I now do.

As a first-generation college graduate raised by Greek immigrant parents, I grew up surrounded by values of sacrifice, resilience, education, and responsibility. Those values carried me from Stanford University to a master's degree at NYU, and into investment banking, before a long career in institutional equities.

My work was never simply about markets. I specialized in recognizing exceptional talent, helping research analysts communicate the value of their thinking, and connecting institutional investors with the expertise they needed. Along the way, I developed an ability to recognize people's natural strengths, identify what may be limiting them, and help them align their work with who they are at their best. Those skills shape my coaching today.

In 2017, my life changed when my mother was diagnosed with a terminal neuromuscular disease. For six years, I helped care for her while raising my own family and stepping away from a career that had defined much of my adult life.

That season reshaped my understanding of identity, success, and what it means to live a meaningful life.

During those years, the Enneagram became far more than a framework I studied. It became a trusted companion—a way of understanding myself, making meaning of profound change, and navigating life from the inside out.

I later completed my Enneagram Coach Certification with Beatrice Chestnut and Uranio Paes, followed by certification as a Grief Educator with David Kessler.

Today, I bring together years of experience in high-performance professional environments with the perspective that comes from navigating caregiving, grief, identity change, and personal transformation.

Whether my clients are leading organizations, navigating career transitions, rebuilding after loss, or simply sensing that life is inviting them into a new chapter, my purpose remains the same:

To help them understand themselves more deeply so they can navigate life's most significant transitions with greater clarity, courage, and intention.
