Helping people navigate life's most significant transitions.

Whether you're stepping into a new season of leadership, questioning the career you've spent years building, caring for someone you love, grieving a profound loss, or simply sensing that the life you've created no longer reflects who you're becoming, change has a way of asking us to see ourselves differently.

I help thoughtful, accomplished people navigate those moments with greater clarity, self-understanding, and intention through the Enneagram and deeply reflective coaching.

When you understand the patterns that have shaped you, you gain the freedom to choose what comes next.

Is this you?

You May Be Here Because...

You have accomplished many of the things you thought would bring fulfillment, but something still feels unsettled.

You feel caught between who you've always been and who life seems to be asking you to become.

You are successful on paper but increasingly unsure what comes next.

You are questioning your work, your relationships, or your sense of purpose.

You have spent years caring for others and have lost sight of yourself along the way.

Or perhaps life has simply changed—and you're trying to understand who you are now.

Often, the strategies that once helped us succeed eventually become
the very things that keep us from growing.

My Approach

The Enneagram is much more than a personality assessment.

It is a sophisticated framework for understanding the patterns beneath how we think, feel, relate, and respond to the world—and the unconscious strategies that may have helped us succeed, adapt, or protect ourselves, but can eventually begin to limit us.

Together, we'll explore those patterns with curiosity rather than judgment.

The work is not about becoming someone different. It is about becoming more fully yourself.

As your understanding deepens, so does your capacity to choose differently—with greater clarity about how you lead, relate, make decisions, and create a life that reflects what matters most to you.

The Nine Types

Each of the nine Enneagram types carries its own core motivations, strengths, and blind spots.
No type is better than another—each offers a different lens for the same work of self-understanding.

  • Type One — The Reformer

    Principled • Responsible • Discerning

Ones are motivated by a desire to do what is right and to meet high internal standards. They bring integrity, discipline, quality, and accountability. Their growth often involves loosening perfectionism and recognizing when "good enough" truly is enough.

  • Type Two — The Helper

    Relational • Generous • Perceptive

Twos are highly attuned to people and what others need. They bring empathy, connection, and an ability to build strong relationships. Their growth often involves recognizing their own needs, establishing boundaries, and becoming comfortable without always being needed.

  • Type Three — The Achiever

    Driven • Adaptable • Effective

Threes are oriented toward accomplishment, effectiveness, and results. They bring energy, pragmatism, and an ability to make things happen. Their growth often involves separating achievement from identity and slowing down enough to recognize what they genuinely want and value.

  • Type Four — The Individualist

Creative • Intuitive • Emotionally Perceptive

Fours value authenticity, meaning, and depth. They bring originality, emotional intelligence, and an ability to see nuance others may miss. Their growth often involves balancing emotional depth with objectivity and action and recognizing what is present rather than focusing on what is missing.

  • Type Five — The Investigator

    Analytical • Independent • Insightful

Fives seek understanding, competence, and autonomy. They bring intellectual rigor, expertise, and thoughtful analysis to complex situations. Their growth often involves moving from observation into participation and engaging before they feel completely prepared.

  • Type Six — The Loyalist

    Committed • Strategic • Vigilant

Sixes are attuned to risk, uncertainty, and trust. They bring loyalty, preparation, thoughtful questioning, and an ability to anticipate problems. Their growth often involves trusting their own judgment and moving forward even when certainty is impossible.

  • Type Seven — The Enthusiast

    Optimistic • Innovative • Future-Oriented

Sevens are energized by possibilities, ideas, and what could come next. They bring creativity, optimism, adaptability, and entrepreneurial thinking. Their growth often involves developing focus and staying present with difficult realities rather than moving too quickly toward the next possibility.

  • Type Eight — The Challenger

    Decisive • Strong • Protective

Eights value autonomy, strength, and directness. They bring courage, decisiveness, and a willingness to take charge when circumstances demand it. Their growth often involves recognizing the impact of their intensity and allowing vulnerability and receptivity to coexist with strength.

  • Type Nine — The Peacemaker

    Steady • Inclusive • Grounded

Nines naturally see multiple perspectives and value harmony and connection. They bring diplomacy, steadiness, and an ability to bring people together. Their growth often involves identifying their own priorities, becoming more comfortable with productive conflict, and bringing their voice and authority forward.

Ways We Can Work Together

  • Executive & Leadership Coaching

For leaders navigating increasing responsibility, consequential decisions, career transitions, or questions of purpose.

This work goes beyond becoming a more effective leader.

It's about understanding how you lead, what drives you, where your patterns may be limiting you, and how to create greater alignment between your external success and your inner sense of clarity and integrity.

  • Enneagram Coaching

The Enneagram offers more than insight into personality. It reveals the unconscious patterns that shape how we lead, relate, respond to stress, and make meaning of our lives.

Whether you're new to the Enneagram or have studied it for years, our work together helps translate awareness into lasting change.

  • Career & Identity Transitions

Sometimes the question isn't What's next?

It's Who am I becoming now?

Whether you're leaving a profession, considering a new direction, approaching retirement, or redefining success after years of achievement, coaching provides space to understand what is changing—and move forward with intention.

  • Caregiving, Grief & Personal Transformation

    Some transitions cannot be solved.

    They can only be lived.

Caregiving, significant loss, and profound life changes invite us to develop a different relationship with ourselves. Together, we'll create space for reflection, meaning-making, and the gradual discovery of what comes next.

Hi. I’m Yvonne.

My coaching is shaped by experiences that have given me a distinct perspective on achievement, identity, leadership, and change.

Professionally, I spent years in investment banking and institutional equities, where much of my work involved recognizing exceptional talent, understanding how people create value, and identifying the environments in which they naturally thrive.

Personally, I have experienced the profound identity shifts that accompany caregiving, anticipatory grief, loss, and rebuilding a life after it no longer resembles the one you imagined.

The Enneagram gives me a framework for bringing these perspectives together: understanding both the gifts that have helped someone succeed and the patterns that may now be getting in their way.

Whether we're exploring leadership, purpose, relationships, or personal transformation, my role is to help you recognize more clearly who you already are—and create the freedom to become who you are becoming.

Life's most significant transitions often ask us to loosen our hold on who we've been before we fully understand who we're becoming.

Coaching creates a place to explore that space with curiosity, clarity, and intention. I'd be honored to walk alongside you.
